Through Save A Vet Now, we provide comprehensive support, guidance, and resources to veterans, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need to reintegrate into civilian life.

In observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 30, 2023, we would like to inform you that our offices will be closed for the day. However, we want to ensure that our commitment to your care and well-being remains unwavering. Therefore, please note the following exceptions:
• All of our groups will continue to operate as scheduled, providing you with the necessary support and resources.
• The New Hanover County Dosing facility will maintain dispensing hours from 5:30 am to 11:00 am.
• Please note that outpatient services will not be available on Memorial Day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and encourage you to reach out to our team if you require assistance or have any concerns. Our after hours first responder line for active clients is 910-685-0205.
