Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services

Intensive In-Home of Coastal Horizons offers behavioral health treatment to stabilize youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement. Services are designed to address the identified needs of children and adolescents, who due to serious and chronic symptoms of emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders, are unstable in the home and community without intensive interventions.

Utilizing a team approach, we offer intensive, comprehensive, and integrated treatment in the home and community through individual and family therapy, case management, and crisis response.  Substance Abuse Counseling, Skills Training, and Support to prevent the need for out-of-home placements and those returning home from them is also available.  A referral form is available here.
