Intensive Intervention

Coastal Horizons provides Intensive Family Preservation Services through additional funding from the Division of Juvenile Justice.  The program is designated for Juveniles returning from Youth Development Centers or other Mental Health facilities with a level II youth at-risk identification. The specialist provides support for the youth as well as his or her family to ensure a safe and productive return. These youth are referred by court counselors.
